MBBS Duty Doctor OPD, Daycare & Corporate Health Programs

MBBS Duty Doctor

This role is ideal for a doctor who enjoys:
Outpatient medicine Clinical decision-making Preventive care awareness Corporate engagement (health camps & talks)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. OPD Consultations

• Conduct comprehensive patient history, examination & clinical assessment.
  
• Diagnose and treat common illnesses, chronic lifestyle disorders & general ailments.
  
• Provide counselling on diet, lifestyle, preventive care & follow-ups.
  
• Recommend and interpret required investigations.
  

2. Daycare / Observation Unit Management

(No IPD at Globuscure)

• Monitor short-stay observation patients.
  
• Manage minor procedures or observation cases as per protocol.
  
• Stabilize patients and coordinate referrals if needed.
  

3. Corporate Health Camps & Community Programs

You will actively participate in:

• Corporate medical camps

  (companies, industries, government offices).

• Health Awareness Camps

  in residential societies.

• Screening drives

  (BP, sugar, BMI, respiratory, ortho screening).

• Public wellness programs

  in Nagpur.

Your role will include:

• Performing basic consultations during camps.
  
• Explaining preventive health concepts.
  
• Supporting community engagement initiatives.
  

4. Health Talks & Public Education

• Deliver health talks in corporate offices, housing societies, institutes.
  
• Present simple awareness topics: lifestyle diseases, diet, stress, womens health, etc.
  
• Represent the clinic as a medical expert for public events.
  

5. Round Table Meetings / Clinical Presentations

• Participate in

  round-table presentations

  showcasing Globuscures services.
• Support clinic leadership during corporate tie-ups, medical awareness sessions & inter-departmental meetings.
  
• Represent the brand professionally and confidently.
  

6. Coordination With Super Specialists

• Conduct first-level assessment and route patients to in-house Dermatologist, Pediatrician, Orthopedic Specialist, Physician, Dietitian & Physiotherapist.
  
• Ensure smooth patient flow before specialist consultation.
  

7. Documentation & EMR

• Maintain updated EMR for every patient.
  
• Ensure proper documentation of diagnosis, medications, tests & follow-ups.
  
• Follow NABH-aligned clinical protocols.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• MBBS (mandatory)
  
• Valid MMC registration (or in process)
  
• Freshers welcome
  
• Experience in OPD/clinic/daycare preferred
