Hiring Duty Medical Officer (DMO) for Brinnova Rehabilitation Center, Indore.

Qualification Required: MBBS (Registration Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 5 years (Preferably in a Rehab Center)

Skills Required: Critical Care Management, Tracheostomy Care, Handling Ventilators etc.

Job Description:

• Patient Monitoring and Care: The DMO monitors the medical status of all inpatients, provides basic medical care, and manages any acute or chronic medical conditions.
• Emergency Response: A critical responsibility is responding promptly to medical emergencies within the facility, providing advanced life support and stabilization as needed.
• Care Plan Coordination: DMOs collaborate with the broader rehabilitation team to develop, document, and modify each patient's daily plan of care. This involves coordinating with specialists and therapists (e.g., physical, occupational, or cognitive therapists) to ensure holistic treatment.
• Documentation and Compliance: They are responsible for accurately and completely documenting patient histories, examinations, treatments, and progress notes in the medical record system, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Communication: DMOs communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing information regarding medical conditions, treatment options, and progress, as well as offering emotional support. They also facilitate clear communication within the medical team, ensuring seamless shifts and coordinated care.
• Safety and Environment: They help maintain a safe and clean environment for both patients and staff, which includes ensuring equipment functionality and adhering to infection control protocols.
• Continuing Education: DMOs are expected to stay updated on the latest medical research, treatments, and procedures relevant to rehabilitation medicine through continuing medical education programs.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
