Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line medical support and initial diagnosis. Conduct clinical rounds and monitor inpatient status regularly. Coordinate with consultants for specialized care plans. Ensure timely administration of prescribed medications and treatment. Maintain accurate and updated medical records and documentation. Assist in emergency care and management including resuscitation. Guide and supervise nursing staff for patient care protocols. Communicate effectively with patient attendants regarding condition and care. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety policies. Respond to code blue or any other medical emergencies. Eligibility Criteria: Education: MBBS from a recognized university with valid registration (MCI or State Medical Council). Experience: 03 years (Freshers can also apply). Skills: Clinical knowledge, decision-making under pressure, patient empathy, good communication. Shifts Available: Morning Shift: 8:00 AM 500 PM Evening Shift: 11:00 PM 8:00 PM Night Shift: 8:00 PM 8:00 AM (12 hrs)
