Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Consultation & Assessment

• Conduct comprehensive medical history, BMI analysis, and physical examinations.
• Evaluate patient suitability for slimming and body-contouring treatments.
• Identify medical conditions or contraindications and customize treatment plans.
• Counsel patients on diet, lifestyle, fitness, and weight-management strategies.

2. Treatment Supervision

• Oversee non-invasive slimming treatments (e.g., ultrasound cavitation, laser lipo, RF, cryolipolysis, EMS, etc.).
• Ensure correct protocols, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines are followed.
• Supervise therapists/technicians during procedures when required.
• Manage adverse reactions or complications promptly.

3. Medical Documentation

• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and progress charts.
• Update medical reports, progress reviews, and follow-up assessments.
• Ensure documentation compliance with clinic and medical regulations.

4. Patient Education & Support

• Provide medically-sound advice on diet, supplements, lifestyle modifications, and exercise.
• Motivate patients to adhere to treatment plans.
• Address patient queries related to health, treatments, and outcomes.

5. Clinic Operations

• Support front office in medical screening of new clients.
• Participate in medical audits and protocol improvements.
• Ensure all equipment is medically safe and functioning properly.
• Coordinate with nutritionists, therapists, and management team.

Qualifications

• MBBS degree from a recognized university.
• Valid medical registration (MCI/State Medical Council).
• Additional certification in weight management, cosmetology, or aesthetics (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication, patient-handling, and counselling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
