Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (MBA Fresher)

Location: Ecotech-1, Greater Noida
Experience: 0–1 Year (MBA Freshers Welcome)
Qualification: MBA / PGDM (Marketing, Sales, or related specialization)

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented MBA Freshers to join our Sales team. The role involves generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while gaining hands-on exposure to real-world sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and meetings
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
• Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for lead conversion
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Follow up with prospects and close deals

• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
• Convincing and negotiation abilities
