About the Role:

Physics Wallah is seeking an experienced and passionate MBA Faculty member to teach Quantitative Aptitude and LDRI, with a core focus on CAT preparation. The role involves delivering studio-based sessions for our CAT aspirants, requiring strong on-camera teaching skills and a deep understanding of the CAT exam structure.

Ideal candidates will have a proven record of training students for CAT and other MBA entrance exams, and be capable of delivering impactful, structured content in a studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• conduct high-quality studio sessions in Quantitative Aptitude and LDRI for CAT aspirants.
• Create engaging content suitable for video lessons, practice tests, and CAT-level mock exams.
• Present lessons confidently and clearly in a studio setup (camera, mic, lighting, etc.).
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to students targeting CAT, XAT, and other competitive exams.
• Deliver sessions on leadership and personal development in line with LDRI frameworks.
• Host recorded/live doubt-clearing sessions, GD practice, and mock interviews.
• Track student progress and offer constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay current with CAT patterns, exam updates, and effective preparation methodologies.

Requirements:

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Prior experience teaching CAT-level Quant and LRDI is mandatory.
• In-depth understanding of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation.
• Familiarity with LDRI topics and ability to integrate them into training modules.
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable teaching in a studio-based setup and using relevant digital tools.
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Alumni of top-tier B-Schools (IIMs, XLRI, FMS, etc.).
• Experience delivering video-based lessons or studio-recorded lectures.
• Proven track record of helping students crack top B-Schools.
