Job Title: Accountant Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Accountant to manage the financial transactions and reporting of our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and support strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and ledgers. Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts (e.g., balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements). Support month-end and year-end close processes. Assist with budgeting and financial planning. File tax returns and ensure timely compliance with tax regulations. Liaise with auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders as necessary. Maintain and update accounting systems and processes. Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options and cost efficiencies. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar financial role. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
