In the context of constant sales network expansion, we are looking for a Position for Sales Engineer at maxon motor India With excellent technical know-how and customer focused. Qualifications Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads Ideally, holding a Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics engineering Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Bring a few years of experience around 2-10 years in sales of high-tech products, preferably in drive technology. Responsibilities - Support sales, personally manage relationships with customer through extensive interaction. - Understand the needs of the customer and technical consulting during product selection. Develop customer specific solutions with the support of the group headquarter in Switzerland - Assist in Technical configuration, product selection & creation of solution concepts for existing and potential customers. Work out complete offers, Market research and analysis & back office operations. - Should have knowledge in Motor and Drive Technology. Knowledge in Gearbox will add additional advantage. - Actively support and participate in marketing activities (trade fairs, advertising campaign, customer seminars) - Continuous market and competitor analysis. Feedback new opportunities and product ideas - Assistance for sales budgeting and planning process - Gain a full understanding of the products, their features and functions. Continuous product training - Assure excellent communication and information exchange with local and group headquarter providing accurate information and reporting - Close collaboration with the local sales administration and logistics Profile - Customer oriented thinking and acting taking much pleasure having customer contacts and developing solutions together with customer - Capability of organizing yourself and taking actions on your owns initiative; high levels of energy and passion - Capability of analyzing the market and competitors - Excellent communication skills, impeccable English - Being comfortable to interact both in an international and local environment, sometimes challenged to bridge cultural gaps - Willing to travel frequently within India
