Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive to join our team remotely from India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in acquiring clients through online bidding portals such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and similar platforms , along with professional networks like LinkedIn. This is a full-time role (not freelancing) dedicated to building long-term business opportunities for Maven Infotech. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities through bidding portals (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.) and LinkedIn outreach . Leverage active and well-maintained profiles/accounts on these platforms to secure projects. Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate effectively to win projects. Identify potential clients, nurture relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships. Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and align them with our service offerings. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline, and progress. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets. Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in business development/sales in the IT industry. Proven experience in IT sales/business development using online bidding portals and LinkedIn. Must have active accounts on portals like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour . Strong knowledge of IT services (web/app development, e-commerce, ERP integration). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field . MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage but not mandatory.
