Currently, we are hiring a Mid Level DMP Artist who can independently handle complex environment shots, create photo realistic matte paintings, and work closely with our Comp and CG teams for seamless final output.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality matte paintings, set extensions, and environment builds
• Handle projections and work with the comp team for final integration
• Recreate or enhance environments using photo sources and 3D renders
• Maintain accuracy in lighting, perspective, scale, and continuity
• Manage mid-level shot complexity with minimal supervision
• Deliver shots as per the production timeline

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a DMP / Matte Painting Artist in a VFX studio
• Strong command over Photoshop and Nuke (for projections)
• Good understanding of environment design, colour theory, and composition
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of 3D tools (Maya/Blender)
• Ability to take feedback, revise quickly, and work within the pipeline
• Strong sense of realism and attention to detail.
