Key Responsibilities: Primary Level (Grade 1): Plan and deliver age-appropriate math lessons to Grade 1 students, focusing on foundational math concepts such as addition, subtraction, shapes, patterns, and basic problem-solving. Use creative teaching methods such as visual aids, games, and hands-on activities to make learning math enjoyable and engaging for young students. Assess student progress regularly through activities, worksheets, and simple quizzes. Foster a supportive and interactive classroom environment where students feel confident in their math abilities. Encourage students to develop strong basic math skills and a positive attitude towards learning mathematics. Higher School Level (ICSE Curriculum): Plan and deliver comprehensive math lessons for higher school students, in line with the ICSE curriculum. Encourage problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills through interactive teaching methods. Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, projects, tests, and exams. Provide individual support and guidance to students struggling with mathematical concepts. Organize math-related activities such as math competitions, problem-solving sessions, and projects to enhance students learning experiences. Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide timely feedback to students and parents. Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment for students of all levels. Required Qualifications and Skills: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) degree from a recognized institution (Mandatory). A degree in Mathematics or a related field. Previous experience in teaching Math at both primary (Grade 1) and higher school levels, preferably within the ICSE curriculum. Strong understanding of mathematical concepts, both basic and advanced.
