The ideal candidate must be a B.Ed graduate with a strong command of the Hindi language and a deep understanding of teaching methodologies suitable for both young children and higher school students. The teacher will be responsible for providing engaging and effective lessons in Hindi and promoting language development and literacy at both grade levels according to the ICSE curriculum. Key Responsibilities: Primary Level (Grade 1): Plan and deliver age-appropriate Hindi lessons to Grade 1 students. Introduce basic reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Hindi. Use creative teaching methods like songs, rhymes, storytelling, and interactive activities to make learning enjoyable. Foster a positive, supportive, and fun learning environment for young students. Assess and track students' progress and provide feedback to parents and school management. Higher School Level (ICSE Curriculum): Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons to higher school students, in line with the ICSE curriculum. Develop and implement lesson plans focusing on grammar, literature, composition, and reading comprehension. Encourage discussions, debates, and assignments that enhance students' Hindi language skills. Organize classroom activities such as projects, presentations, and literary discussions to promote a deeper understanding of Hindi literature and culture. Provide constructive feedback on assignments, projects, and exams to support student learning. Maintain accurate records of student performance and report findings to students and parents regularly. Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment for all students. Organize extracurricular activities such as Hindi clubs, cultural events, and storytelling sessions to encourage students to explore the language beyond the classroom. Stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies and incorporate them into your lessons. Collaborate with other teachers to enhance student learning across different subjects. Required Qualifications and Skills: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) degree from a recognized institution (Mandatory). A degree in Hindi or a related field. Previous experience teaching Hindi at both primary and higher school levels, preferably within the ICSE curriculum. Strong command of the Hindi language (both written and spoken).
