Job Description

Job Title: Middle School Mathematics Teacher

Location: Bangalore

Curriculum: ICSE

Grade Level: Middle School (Grades 6–8)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mathematics Teacher to join our middle school faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mathematics, a passion for teaching, and a thorough understanding of the ICSE curriculum. The role involves delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver effective mathematics lessons in alignment with the ICSE curriculum.

Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.

Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.

Provide individual support to students to enhance learning outcomes.

Maintain discipline and promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.

Collaborate with colleagues, attend staff meetings, and participate in school events.

Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or related field.

B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory).

Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at the middle school level, preferably in an ICSE school.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for teaching.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with differentiated instruction.

Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
