Mathematics Trainer

We are looking for Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs) to join us as Trainers in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Your main responsibilities will include delivering training to school faculty on Mathematics/Abacus and other relevant subjects, visiting schools regularly to assist teachers in implementing innovative teaching methodologies, developing lesson plans, supporting teachers in classroom implementation, training and mentoring teachers through service visits, demos, and brush-up sessions, creating engaging and effective content for respective subjects, and coordinating with school faculty and management for smooth training delivery. You should be willing to travel extensively within the assigned zone and able to join immediately. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, prior experience in teaching/training for standardized tests like NTSE, Olympiads, and other state-level competitions, and preferably a teaching background. A Degree/Postgraduate/PhD in Mathematics or certification in Abacus is required, with at least 5 years of relevant teaching or training experience preferred. In return, we offer a competitive salary ranging from 18,000 to 25,000 per month, along with Travel Allowance (TA), Daily Allowance (DA), and Accommodation during travel.
