Mathematics Trainer (Abacus & Vedic Math)

You are being hired as a Subject-Matter Expert (SME) Trainer to work across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Your role will involve delivering training to school faculty on Mathematics/Abacus and other relevant subjects, visiting schools regularly to assist teachers in implementing innovative teaching methodologies, developing lesson plans, supporting teachers in classroom implementation, training and mentoring teachers through service visits, demos, and brush-up sessions, creating engaging and effective content for respective subjects, and coordinating with school faculty and management for smooth training delivery. You should be open to extensive travel within the assigned zone and be ready to join immediately. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver training on Mathematics/Abacus and relevant subjects to school faculty. - Assist teachers in integrating innovative teaching methodologies. - Develop lesson plans and support teachers in classroom implementation. - Train and mentor teachers through service visits, demos, and brush-up sessions. - Create engaging and effective content for respective subjects. - Coordinate with school faculty and management for smooth training delivery. Qualifications Required: - Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. - Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. - Prior experience in teaching/training for standardized tests like NTSE, Olympiads, and state-level competitions. - Preference given to candidates with a teaching background. - Degree/Postgraduate/PhD in Mathematics or certified in Abacus. - 5 years of relevant teaching or training experience preferred.
