Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging

  Mathematics lessons

  as per the school curriculum.
• Use

  activity-based, experiential, and child-centric teaching methods

  to enhance understanding.
• Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching aids for primary grades.
  
• Encourage logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and numerical confidence in students.
  
• Assess, evaluate, and record student progress regularly.
  
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance.
  
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
  
• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, school events, and academic planning.
  
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to ensure curriculum alignment and interdisciplinary learning.
  
• Integrate technology and digital tools into teaching wherever applicable.
  

Required Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Mathematics

  or a related field.

• B.Ed / D.Ed

  or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
• Strong command over

  primary-level mathematics concepts

  .
• Excellent communication skills in

  English

  .
• Basic computer proficiency for academic and administrative tasks.
  

Experience

• 1–3 years

  of experience teaching Mathematics at the primary level (preferred).
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply.
