Materials Coordinator

As the Material Reconciliation & Scrap Management at Nagothane location, your role involves conducting periodic physical stock verification, reconciling physical stock with SAP/system data, identifying and categorizing scrap materials, coordinating safe and compliant scrap disposal, and preparing reconciliation and scrap reports for audit. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct periodic physical stock verification - Reconcile physical stock with SAP/system data - Identify, categorize, and document scrap materials - Coordinate safe and compliant scrap disposal - Prepare reconciliation and scrap reports for audit Qualification Required: - General Graduate In addition, possessing skills in stock auditing & physical verification, scrap handling procedures, SAP or ERP reconciliation, reporting & documentation, understanding of safety & compliance, and coordination with warehouse and accounts teams is expected for this role. For the Material Coordinator position, your responsibilities include overseeing all material planning and coordination for a dedicated project area, ensuring timely delivery and availability of materials as per project requirements, monitoring stock levels, raising alerts for shortages or excesses, working closely with project, warehouse, and procurement teams, reporting material status, and resolving bottlenecks in supply. Qualification Required: - B.E / B.Tech Skills required for this role are material planning & control, SAP/MM expertise, strong coordination with cross-functional teams, inventory tracking & optimization, project-based material forecasting, and issue resolution & stakeholder communication.
