Material Procurement Support

Role Overview: As a Material Procurement Support at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, you will be responsible for various procurement activities to ensure efficient purchase order conversion, vendor management, costing analysis, contract preparation, timely delivery coordination, compliance documentation, and regulatory updates. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the conversion of Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders efficiently. - Collect and compare quotations from different vendors and follow-up as required. - Conduct clean sheet costing for products with an annual value exceeding 1 crore. - Participate in e-auctions and bidding processes through I Valuea platform. - Prepare contracts whenever necessary for procurement activities. - Ensure On-Time In-Full delivery by following up with vendors for timely delivery of APIs. - Coordinate with the plant for timely Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and unloading. - Apply for Dual Drug NOC in case of imported specific products. - Upload Import Shipment documents on the portal. - Follow-up with the logistics team for custom clearance and with the plant for Quality Control (QC) release. - Coordinate with vendors and the Corporate compliance team for updating VQ Documents. - Coordinate Audit dates and ensure compliance with Audit Reports. - Follow-up with vendors for documentation updates based on actual demand from Regulatory, R&D, etc. - Upload documents on Trackwise platform as required by Dhaval and Hemant. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in procurement and vendor management in the pharmaceutical industry. - Strong analytical skills for cost analysis and vendor evaluation. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
