Material Master Data Specialist

You are a Material Master Data Specialist responsible for creating and maintaining material master data for global operations, specifically supporting the N&H system business. Your role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders worldwide to ensure data consistency and accuracy across all N&H plants. Key Responsibilities: - Manage material master data by creating and maintaining records as per specifications. - Update and oversee material master records globally across all N&H plants. - Maintain and modify existing material numbers. - Utilize ERP systems like SAP ECC5 and SAP ECC6 to guarantee data accuracy and alignment. - Synchronize and align data between SAP ECC5 and ECC6 for consistency. - Initiate price updates when necessary. - Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels globally. - Ensure globally aligned material master data to facilitate smooth purchase order handling for manual, EDI orders, and Lean Order Handling (LOH). Qualifications and Skills: - Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy. - Proficiency in SAP ECC5 and SAP ECC6. - Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. - Ability to work independently in a matrix organization. - Passion for working with data and ensuring data integrity. - Preferred: Supply chain knowledge and experience. Key Objectives: - Consistently update and align material master data globally. - Support flawless purchase order handling for manual, EDI orders, and Lean Order Handling (LOH). - Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in material data management.
