### **Key Responsibilities**
- **Procurement & Sourcing:** Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to procure materials at optimal cost and quality.
- **Inventory Management:** Monitor stock levels, track material usage, and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- **Vendor Coordination:** Maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve any supply issues or delays.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory reports.
- **Compliance:** Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- **Cost Control:** Analyze material costs and suggest cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- 24 years of experience in material management or procurement
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and vendor management best practices
