Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and proactive Material Collection Executive to manage the pickup and transportation of materials from suppliers and vendors to our factory/warehouse. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in material handling, good route knowledge, and basic documentation skills. Key Responsibilities: Collect raw materials, components, and tools from local suppliers/vendors as per purchase orders. Verify and check materials against delivery challans or invoices during collection. Ensure timely and safe transportation of materials to the designated location. Coordinate with the purchase and stores departments for collection schedules. Maintain proper records of collected materials and submit receipts/documents to the concerned departments. Follow proper handling procedures to avoid material damage or loss. Maintain vehicle hygiene and basic upkeep (if company vehicle is provided). Ensure adherence to company safety protocols and traffic regulations. Key Requirements: Minimum 3–4 years of experience in material collection or logistics support. Good knowledge of local routes in and around Hyderabad. Basic understanding of delivery notes/invoices and vendor coordination. Ability to lift, move, and handle industrial materials as required. Two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license (mandatory). Good communication and time management skills.
