Masterfiles Associate

The Masterfiles Associate plays a crucial role in compiling and preparing data for uploading to the Ecommerce Platform using tools such as Excel or Google Sheets. By uploading files to various sales points on the internet, you will help place brand products on the market. In addition, you will be responsible for performing initial checks to ensure compliance with marketplace policies. Reporting progress to Junior and Senior Team Leads will be a key part of your role. To excel in this position, proficiency in both verbal and written communication in English is essential. Excel skills are particularly important as it is one of the main tools used in your daily work. High performance in this role involves completing all assignments in a timely manner and dedicating 100% effort to every task and project. Taking full ownership of projects and seeing them through to completion is a key characteristic of successful performance. The ability to work effectively in a small, autonomous, fast-paced team is also vital.
