Master Teacher Matematika

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing coaching and training sessions to enhance the teaching skills and effectiveness of MT Akademia. Additionally, you will conduct consulting for students or parents to provide possible pathways for academic achievement and maintain good students-parents engagement. You will also participate in Homework Clinics to assist students and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Provide coaching and training sessions for MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills - Conduct consulting for students or parents to provide academic pathways - Conduct Homework Clinics to assist students with academic issues - Participate in CBC sessions and collaborate with the regional team - Teach students directly in classroom settings - Fulfill a minimum number of specified sessions - Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders - Develop teaching materials and academic assignments - Collaborate with the curriculum development team Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field - Minimum 1 year of teaching experience with a proven track record of success - Strong understanding of educational principles and curriculum development - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively within a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications - Experience in teaching PTS/PAS/Olimpiade/USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation - Innovative and creative teaching methods - Willingness to be placed in Brain Academy Branch Palu (Jendral Sudirman),
