MDM Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Create, maintain, and validate master data records across multiple systems and business units.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with established business rules and governance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, etc.) to support data-related requirements.
Analyze and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies in master data.
Support data governance initiatives and contribute to process improvements.
Maintain documentation and adhere to record retention policies.

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience in
Master Data Management
or related roles.
Strong understanding of
data governance principles
and master data processes.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with
SAP ECC/S4 HANA
or similar platforms.
Knowledge of vendor, material, and customer master data processes.
