As a Master Data Management developer at Medtronic, you will be a crucial member of the Master Data Management development team. Your responsibilities will involve designing, developing, and testing MDM solutions. As a specialist in Master Data Management, you will possess hands-on experience in Informatica MDM 10.x, IDQ, and Java for MDM user exits. Your key responsibilities may include: - Customizing the MDM solution by writing Java user exits and updating Java code to address defects and deploy EARs to higher environments. - Integrating external systems using MDM BES via create/update APIs. - Developing Match Rules, extensions, user exits, and composite web services for solution integration. - Configuring and maintaining Data Models, hierarchies, workflows, match & merge survivorship rules, and user interface design. - Developing APIs for integrating external applications using BES services. - Providing support for escalated production issues and issues across Master Data Management, ETL, BI, and data applications. Required Knowledge and Experience: - Hands-on experience with Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) and standard REST API/SIF/Message Queue-based integration. - Experience with Informatica MDM hub components, Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), relational databases, SQL, and preferably IICS or Informatica PowerCenter. - Strong functional knowledge in mastering multiple domains. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
