Job Description

Position - Master Data Management Location- Hyderabad Project duration- 9 months ; extension depends on performance Position- 01 Immediate Joiner Hands on knowledge- MDM, Mid-level- Exp- 4-7 years, Master Data- Drug substance , pharma background. SAP, Main activities 1. Creates and maintains master data in TRD SAP based on request forms generated by the project teams / line functions and extend the materials to other line functions. 2. Co-coordinates and aligns with relevant stakeholders to initiate or update master data. 3. Creates own MARS requests on the basis of Master Data requests from project teams/ line functions and organize the distribution of the data from MARS into TRD SAP. 4. Supports project teams/line functions for the requests and all changes to local and global material numbers in TRD SAP and in MARS. 5. Supports the SAP Super users upon generation of training materials on Material Master Data and provide input to process and system optimization. 6. Execute End user and Super user trainings for application and creation of Master Data in SAP and also for general concepts regarding the Master Data in TRD. 7. Works closely with relevant governance boards to support and develop functionalities for Master data across TRD line functions. 8. Acts as process owner for Master Data to identify and lead initiatives for improvement and simplification, to define processes and deliver key functional excellence across GSC and Technical Research and Development (TRD) ensuring quality management for Master Data. 9. Actively participate in teams, projects, networks and/ or forums. Fulfill all related tasks and responsibilities related to own discipline. 10. Ensures execution according to quality, quantity and timelines in all assigned activities. 11.
