Master Data Associate - Material & Production

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform data operations tasks such as maintenance and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data.
• Support initiatives to optimize data management workflows and improve process efficiency.
• Learn and contribute to data analysis efforts to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
• Provide support to partners, customers, and end-users regarding master data processes, tools, and best practices.
• Maintain and update data quality reports to track key performance metrics and ensure data compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, IT, and operations teams to resolve data-related issues and ensure consistency with organizational objectives.

Basic Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
• 02 years of experience in SAP ECC, master data management, data governance, or data operations, preferably within the healthcare or biotech supply chains

Must-Have Skills:

• Working knowledge of SAP or Oracle systems
• Understanding of master data management processes, frameworks, and governance
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4, SAP MDG, or SAP TM
• Exposure to data governance platforms such as Informatica or similar tools
• Familiarity with data quality reporting tools and methods
