Job Description

Master Data Analyst role is a team player role, where you are expected to perform the on boarding/change activities related various Master data Objects Vendor, Customer, Material, Finance. You are expected to support these processes to enable the stakeholder towards achievement BAU KPIs.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Manage Master Data related process activities

• Maintain High quality of Data by BAU Processing Audits

• Agile approach on completing mass master data object changes.

• Daily Audits

• Reconciliation

• Project Management, meet project timelines, Achieve UAT and meet stakeholders expectation.

• Manage Teams KPIs achievements along with transparent view which will ensure trust over _VOIS. Manage Teams NPS to keep the partner promise up and also manage strong relation with stakeholders.

• Meet the priorities which are related to Partner Promise, Shape the Day after Tomorrow, Digital Acceleration, Growth at Speed and Scale

• Assure to provide the Quality assurance.

• Query Resolution

• Manage structural business model changes and volume spikes without impacting SLAs • Contribution on digital automation. •

• Handle issues/Escalations effectively with stakeholder regarding Contract Management Process & Manage end to end Life cycle of Contract

• Achieve and improve the process KPI performance

• Manage Query resolution and troubleshooting

• Reviewing and guiding for MIS & Reporting as per requirement from management

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

# SAP, MDG, Materials, Vendors # MS Office Apps # Power BI Direct reports: none Dotted reports: none

  • Escalate functional questions / bugs / change requests as per agreed escalation process.
  • Arrange trainings to the internal team/ stakeholders about the process & tools
  • Supports the adoption of SCM system and process across global.
  • Builds strong relationships with stakeholder and suppliers.
  • Ensures continuous alignment with internal stakeholders incl. all teams in SSC, IT and corporate & circle SCMs for seamless support delivery
  • Contributes to driving the Health, Safety and wellbeing agenda in SCM & local operations
