Job Profile: Massage & Grooming Specialist We are looking for a skilled and well-groomed Massage & Grooming Specialist with experience in providing full body massage services for male, along with manicure, pedicure, and hair blow-dry services for both male and female . The ideal candidate must be professional, customer-focused, and knowledgeable about grooming and wellness services. Job Description: Massage & Grooming Specialist Responsibilities :Massage Services (Male Only): Provide professional full-body massage therapies such as Swedish, deep-tissue, relaxation, etc. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the massage area and equipment. Ensure client comfort, privacy, and safety during the session. Manicure & Pedicure Services (Male & Female): Perform basic to advanced manicure and pedicure treatments. Maintain nail care hygiene and follow proper sanitization protocols. Suggest suitable nail and hand/foot care treatments to clients. Hair Blow-Dry (Male & Female): Perform hair wash and blow-dry styling for men and women. Recommend suitable hair-care products as needed. Customer Service & Professionalism: Greet clients warmly and maintain a positive, welcoming environment. Understand client requirements and deliver services accordingly. Manage appointment timings and ensure smooth service flow. Maintain grooming standards and follow salon/spa policies. Hygiene, Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep tools, towels, and workspace sanitized at all times. Follow safety and cleanliness SOPs prescribed by the salon/spa. Ensure daily setup and closing duties are completed properly. Requirements:Minimum 2–5 years of experience in full-body massage (male only). Skilled in manicure, pedicure, and hair blow-dry for both genders. Good communication and client-handling skills. Well-groomed, disciplined, and professional behavior. Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients. Preferred:Certification in massage therapy or grooming services. Experience in spa, salon, or wellness center.
