Position Summary

We are seeking a Markets & Data Correspondent to lead the editorial analysis of investment-grade luxury assets and financial products that influence the behavior of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and collectors.

This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong analytical background with an editorial mindset.

You'll extract insights from data, financial reports, collector trends, and auction history to shape content that is both authoritative and accessible.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage all data-driven editorial content related to luxury asset classes, including but not limited to handbags, watches, fine art, jewelry, cars, and premium financial instruments.
• Research and write analytical articles, rankings, and comparative pieces (e.g., luxury credit card comparison).
• Translate raw data into clear editorial formats charts, tables, features, or executive summaries.
• Ensure editorial accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all data-backed reporting.
• Stay up-to-date on trends in alternative assets, wealth management, fintech, and ultra-luxury markets.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's in Journalism or a similar field;
• Preferred: Master's in Journalism or a similar field.
• 1-3 years in financial journalism, data journalism or business journalism
• Experience working with structured data, financial reports, or proprietary research.

Key Skills

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Exceptional writing/editing skills able to frame data into compelling narratives.
• Knowledge of HNWI behavior, wealth products, and emerging trends in luxury investment.
• Comfortable with collaborations in a dynamic environment, including engaging with multiple stakeholders, aligning on research goals, and contributing to interdisciplinary editorial projects.
