As a Part-Time Email Designer & Marketer focusing on Klaviyo/Marketo, you will be responsible for blending creativity with data-driven strategies to create engaging email campaigns. Your role will involve designing and building email templates, managing campaign setup and deployment, and collaborating with the team to optimize performance through various strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build engaging email templates and campaigns including promotional, lifecycle, and automated flows. - Manage campaign setup, testing, and deployment within Klaviyo/Marketo. - Collaborate with the team to optimize performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization. - Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in designing and executing email campaigns using Klaviyo or Marketo. - Strong design sensibility with HTML/CSS experience considered a plus. - Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and deliver high-quality campaigns. - Analytical mindset with a focus on enhancing open, click-through, and conversion rates.
