Job Description

As a Marketo resources outreach professional with more than 6 years of experience, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Campaign Execution: You will be responsible for designing, building, QA testing, and deploying end-to-end marketing campaigns using Marketo. This includes creating emails, landing pages, and forms within the platform. - Lead Management: Your role will require you to implement and optimize lead nurturing programs, scoring models, and segmentation strategies to effectively manage leads through the sales lifecycle. - Integration and Data Management: You will ensure seamless data synchronization and integration between Marketo and CRM systems such as Salesforce. Additionally, you will manage audience lists, maintain data integrity, and troubleshoot technical issues. - Reporting and Analysis: Tracking and reporting on key campaign performance metrics like open rates, click rates, and conversion rates will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will analyze data and provide insights and recommendations for optimization to stakeholders. - Process Improvement: Documenting marketing automation processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency, and ensuring adherence to best practices and data privacy regulations will be part of your role. - Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, sales, creative teams, and IT to align automation strategies with business goals. Required skills and qualifications for this role include: - Experience: Typically, you should have 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing operations or a dedicated Marketo role. - Technical Proficiency: - Marketo Expertise: You should have in-depth, hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage features, including automation workflows, dynamic content, and advanced configurations. - CRM Knowledge: A strong understanding of CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, and how they integrate with Marketo is essential. - Coding Skills: Familiarity with HTML/CSS for building and editing responsive email and landing page templates is often required. - Data & Analytics: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data management, segmentation, and performance reporting. - Certifications: Holding a Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification is a strong plus. - Soft Skills: Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills are essential for managing multiple projects and working with diverse teams.,
