Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and certified Marketo Campaign Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Marketo and be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, data management, reporting, and automation workflows. This is a key role in driving demand generation and marketing automation excellence across regions. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle Marketo campaignscraft compelling emails, landing pages, forms, and smart lists Collaborate with demand gen, marketing, and sales teams to drive effective lead nurturing Boost conversion rates through advanced segmentation, lead scoring, and lifecycle management Own campaign analytics—track KPIs, build reports, and optimize future performance Ensure flawless data accuracy, compliance, and smooth Salesforce integration Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in Marketo as a core marketing automation tool; Marketo Certified Expert/Specialist is mandatory. Proven expertise in B2B marketing, lead generation, and customer journey mapping. Proficient in HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization, with strong Salesforce CRM experience. Strong analytical and reporting skills with proven ability to track and optimize campaign performance. Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional success.
