We value teamwork, integrity, and continuous development. Eligibility Criteria Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field in any discipline. Skills : Good communication skills (verbal & written) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.) Experience : Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome. Prior experience in marketing or administrative work is a plus. Job Responsibilities Marketing Staff : Assist in creating and marketing campaigns. Manage social media content and outreach. Engage with clients and customers as needed. Pitch & Negotiate Deals Reach out to potential sponsors, present proposals persuasively, and negotiate agreements on terms, deliverables, and budgets. Coordinate Activation & Deliverables Collaborate with event logistics team to ensure branding elements (banners, booths, digital displays) are implemented correctly and sponsors are well represented on-site. Collaborate Internally Coordinate with marketing, creative, operations, and finance teams to align sponsorship deliverables with overall concert objectives and audience experience. Track & Report Sponsorship ROI Monitor sponsorship performance against KPIs (e.g., impressions, engagement, ROI), and prepare post-event reports to help renew and improve future partnerships. Salary (based on experience and skills) Freshers : ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month + Incentives Experienced : ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives Other Details Gender : Open to all (Male & Female candidates) Location : Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Working Hours : 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM | Monday to Saturday Why Join Us?
