Marketing Sr Admin Assistant

Role Overview: As a Senior Administrative Assistant in the US Pricing Clearinghouse team at UPS, your main responsibility will be to support Sales Resources with pricing activities by managing the pricing process. You will primarily work in tools such as IAS (Incentive Administration System), IWA (IAS Web Access), and other pricing tools provided by Corporate Pricing to ensure smooth pricing operations. Your role will involve dealing with revenue-generating customers, preparing customized contracts, processing contracts for new and existing UPS customers, and coordinating special tasks like Contract Activation and Accounts alignment. Key Responsibilities: - Deal with huge revenue-generating customers - Prepare customized contracts as per customer requirements and implement rates in the system - Process contracts for new and existing UPS customers, auto-renewal of expired contracts, and contract cancellation for non-shipping customers - Coordinate special tasks including Contract Activation, Accounts alignment, and Contract Extensions - Adhere to scheduled start time and flexible hours based on workflow - Ensure work is performed in accordance with established procedures and guidelines - Maintain 100% quality in all processing tasks - Handle time-sensitive processing requiring timely actions on each allocated work Qualifications Required: - Excellent interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making skills and ability to multitask - Track record of effective leave planning - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - Advanced reasoning and research skills - Ability to work under pressure during volume spikes - Proactive team player with a customer-focused mindset - Proficiency in MS Office - Graduate/post-graduate in any discipline - Knowledge of IAS application would be an advantage Note: UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.,
