Marketing Specialist

You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products and services. This involves planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing. Conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities will be a key aspect of your role. Collaboration with sales, product, and design teams is essential to create impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Your duties will also include managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta, as well as monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and suggesting data-driven improvements. Organizing promotional events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance brand visibility will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist in creating marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and case studies. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (an MBA is preferred) and have at least 2 years of proven experience in marketing or digital marketing. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms is required. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills are essential, along with proficiency in marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar. A creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines will be beneficial. Key Skills required for this position include expertise in marketing strategy and campaign management, proficiency in digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing), as well as experience in market research and analytics.
