Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive (Fitness Industry)

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our fitness brand in Punjab. The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing membership sales, promoting fitness programs, and enhancing brand presence across both online and offline channels. This role requires an individual who is passionate about health and fitness, confident in communication, and skilled at building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive membership sales by identifying prospects, conducting follow-ups, and converting leads into customers.
• Promote fitness services, personal training packages, wellness programs, and special offers to potential clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, gym tours, and consultations to understand client needs.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives including social media campaigns, local promotional activities, and digital advertisements.
• Coordinate with fitness trainers and management to design attractive promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage social media pages, respond to inquiries, and create engaging fitness-related content.
• Build partnerships with local businesses, schools, and corporates to generate leads and brand visibility.
• Track sales performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and analyze campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct regular market research to understand fitness trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, and local promotional strategies.
