Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive with a solid understanding of agriculture and hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, engaging with the farming community, and implementing digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer reach across rural and semi-urban markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell agricultural products (such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, etc.) to farmers, distributors, and agri-retailers
• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and retail visits for product awareness and demand generation
• Leverage digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, WhatsApp, etc.) to run marketing campaigns tailored for rural audiences
• Create content and promotions in regional languages to connect better with target customers
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or referrals
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align online and offline marketing efforts
• Analyze digital marketing metrics (CTR, leads, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Prepare sales and campaign performance reports regularly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in agricultural sales and digital marketing
• Good understanding of farming practices, crop cycles, and rural customer behavior
• Hands-on experience in running paid social media campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, and lead generation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both local language and Hindi/English
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital analytics platforms
• Ability to travel frequently to rural areas for fieldwork

Preferred:

• Experience in agri input companies or agri-tech startups
• Knowledge of rural influencer marketing, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and community building

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
