Job Description

As the Marketing Manager (Reown & SAARC), your role involves leading all marketing initiatives for the Reown and SAARC businesses. This includes both digital and offline activities, directly assisting the Reown business teams and supporting the sales, service, dealer development & Rides teams across SAARC markets inline with the organization's strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Optimize exchange, buy, and sell inquiries to improve customer satisfaction through dedicated marketing support and strategic interventions. - Build & execute the annual & festive promotional calendar for Reown & SAARC markets across all digital and offline campaigns. - Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all consumer touchpoints within the region. - Analyze Monthly MIS data and conversion funnels, and report findings. - Own the Reown & SAARC Strategic Business Plan (SBP) marketing budget and ensure adherence to spends. - Identify and nurture suitable BTL agency partners/vendors to drive customer engagement strategy. - Custodian of the marketing/business funnel for Reown & SAARC in both digital & offline channels. - Ensure timely delivery of creative assets for Reown & SAARC as per the annual plan. - Strategize & execute the paid media plan for Reown & review the MIS with the agency monthly. - Ensure new launches pre & post campaigns align with brand guidelines for SAARC. - Ensure monthly/quarterly deliverables of marketing assets & execution of activity for both Reown & SAARC markets. **Qualifications Required:** - MBA The company is seeking a candidate with at least 3-8 years of experience in BTL Activations and Digital Marketing. Additionally, you should have experience in Reown Business, SAARC sales, Service & Rides, along with strong communication skills.
