Position: Marketing Officer

Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with global and regional business objectives
• Translate business unit goals into effective marketing plans and campaigns
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and performance metrics
  

Product & Technical Marketing

• Lead go-to-market strategies for new products, technologies, and solutions
• Develop value propositions, messaging, and positioning for technical and industrial audiences
• Create and maintain product marketing materials (brochures, presentations, datasheets, case studies)
  

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan and execute digital campaigns (website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, marketing automation, social media)
• Drive lead generation and nurturing programs in cooperation with sales
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data and KPIs
  

Brand & Communications

• Ensure consistent brand positioning across all marketing channels
• Coordinate internal and external communications, including press releases and technical publications
• Collaborate with corporate marketing on global brand initiatives
  

Trade Shows & Events

• Plan and manage participation in international trade fairs, conferences, and customer events
• Coordinate event messaging, materials, and follow-up activities
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Product Management, R&D, and Application Engineering
• Support sales teams with tools, training, and market insights
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and service providers
  

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial, engineering, or technology-driven companies.
• Experience with international markets and matrix organizations is highly desirable
