Job Description of Marketing Manager for Private Pre-Engineered Building Project Sales

Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities in the PEB sector. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company services. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in the PEB industry. The candidate should be capable of generating business leads, handling client interactions, and expanding our market presence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

· Identify new business opportunities in the PEB sector.

· Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company services to clients

· Build and maintain strong client relationships.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

· Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing reports.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/marketing targets.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Degree in Civil Engineering with an MBA/PGDM degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PEB industry marketing/business development.

· Strong knowledge of PEB structures, construction industry trends, and client requirements.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
