• Coordinate branding activities such as hoardings, flyers, TV/Radio ads, and social media promotions.

• Ensure brand visibility and consistency across all channels.

Digital Marketing

• Manage social media accounts, online campaigns, and influencer collaborations.

• Coordinate SEO, SEM, and paid advertising activities.

• Track and analyze online traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Customer Engagement & Events

• Plan customer loyalty programs and festival promotions.

• Coordinate exhibitions, jewellery expos, and showroom events.

• Collect customer feedback and support customer relationship initiatives.

Market Research & Analysis

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and campaigns.

• Identify local marketing opportunities to boost showroom footfall.

• Prepare MIS and campaign performance reports for management.

Manager-Specific Duties

• Develop annual/quarterly marketing budgets and track expenses.

• Negotiate with vendors, media, and agencies for cost-effective promotions.

• Guide and train marketing executives/coordinators.

• Align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Executive-Specific Duties

• Support in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

• Coordinate with print vendors, event organizers, and digital agencies.

• Maintain marketing material inventory (brochures, banners, standees, etc.).

• Prepare reports on campaign performance and footfall data.
