· Maintain and regularly update the customer database for outreach and follow-ups.
· Send brochures, WhatsApp messages, and company profiles (SKR profile) to potential customers.
· Cold calling And fixing appointment with potential customers.
· Meet with prospective customers to understand their requirements and present suitable product or service solutions.
· Follow up on shared quotations to address queries, negotiate terms, and move the sales process forward.
· Convert leads into confirmed orders and finalise agreements or contracts with customers.
· Participate in industry events and exhibitions to promote the company, showcase offerings, and generate new business leads.
· Drive team to generate business.
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: 10 + exp in construction / real estate /Constructions
