Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an innovative marketing executive to promote our company's brand and services. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department's budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts.

The Responsibilities of the Candidate Will Entail:

• Digital & Social Media Marketing: Plan and manage social media calendars across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Create content (reels, stories, posts) showcasing property amenities, long-stay suites, and dining.
• Basic Graphic Designing Skills: Create posts, brochures etc via canva or AI platforms.
• Lead Generation & Campaign Execution: Execute meta ads, email/WhatsApp marketing, and search marketing campaigns to generate high-quality corporate and direct guest leads.
• OTA & Listing Management: Coordinate brand imagery, special offers, and promotional packages across major booking platforms (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Google My Business).
• Collateral & Branding: Work with design tools/vendors to prepare brochures, emailers, event banners, and in-room promotional materials.
• Performance Tracking: Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports covering website traffic, campaign ROI, lead conversions, and engagement metrics.

The Qualifications and the Requirements of the Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree / MBA in Marketing, Mass Media, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing (hospitality, real estate, or luxury services experience preferred).
• Proficiency in digital tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp/WhatsApp tools).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities with a proactive, target-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
