Job Summary

JEI Healthcare Solutions is looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced Hospital Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies, strengthen doctor referral networks, increase patient footfall, and improve the hospital's brand visibility and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, networking, and business development skills, with experience in hospital marketing and healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hospital Marketing and Business Development

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase hospital admissions, outpatient consultations, and diagnostic services.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the hospital's reach within the target market.
• Build relationships with corporate organizations, industries, insurance companies, and healthcare partners.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, health awareness programs, and medical camps.

2. Doctor Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals.
• Manage the doctor referral marketing team and monitor daily field activities.
• Identify new referral sources and strengthen existing professional relationships.
• Coordinate with consultants and hospital departments to improve referral conversion and patient experience.

3. Marketing Team Management

• Recruit, train, guide, and motivate marketing executives.
• Set monthly targets and monitor individual and team performance.
• Conduct regular review meetings and prepare marketing performance reports.
• Ensure effective field visits, lead generation, follow-ups, and business development activities.

4. Digital Marketing and Branding

• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and online reputation management.
• Work with creative and digital teams to develop hospital promotional materials.
• Improve brand awareness through local marketing, community engagement, and digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.

5. Revenue Growth and Reporting

• Develop monthly marketing plans and achieve agreed business targets.
• Monitor patient acquisition, referral sources, campaign effectiveness, and marketing expenditure.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Coordinate with hospital administration, operations, billing, and clinical teams to improve patient conversion and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in hospital marketing or healthcare business development preferred.
• Strong knowledge of doctor referral marketing and hospital business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team, manage targets, and develop business relationships.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, MS Excel, reporting, and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally for field marketing and business development activities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Growth in OPD visits, IPD admissions, and patient footfall.
• Increase in active doctor referral relationships.
• Achievement of monthly marketing and revenue targets.
• Number of corporate tie-ups, medical camps, and outreach activities.
• Marketing team productivity and target achievement.
• Patient acquisition cost, campaign effectiveness, and referral conversion rates.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000, depending on experience and skills.
