OneMart is a growing building materials company serving builders, developers, architects, contractors and individual customers through its multiple showrooms. Our product portfolio includes tiles, sanitaryware, CP fittings, pipes, aluminium windows, quartz, marble, glass and related building solutions.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager with proven experience in the building materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, strengthening brand visibility, building relationships with industry stakeholders and generating qualified business leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for OneMart's product categories and showrooms.
• Build brand awareness among builders, developers, architects, interior designers and contractors.
• Develop marketing strategies for project sales, retail sales and showroom promotions.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, including field marketing executives.
• Establish relationships with architects, builders, developers, contractors and other key industry influencers.
• Organise architect meets, builder meets, product demonstrations, dealer meets, exhibitions and promotional events.
• Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to generate and convert qualified leads.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaign expenditure and return-on-investment tracking.
• Work with the digital marketing team on social media campaigns, content, promotions and brand communication.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer feedback assessments.
• Prepare marketing performance reports covering lead generation, campaign results, brand visibility and business contribution.
• Coordinate with suppliers and product brands for joint promotions and marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline; MBA Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
• Mandatory: Relevant experience in building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, CP fittings, marble, glass, construction materials or a closely related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Hyderabad's construction and real estate ecosystem.
• Experience in managing teams, events, budgets and marketing activities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good working knowledge of digital marketing, lead management and MS Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
