Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with 8–10 years of experience in industrial equipment marketing, preferably in industrial fans, HVAC systems, air compressors, coolers, chillers, or blowers. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating new business opportunities, building customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for industrial equipment and engineering products.
• Identify new business opportunities in industrial fans, HVAC, air compressors, coolers, chillers, and blowers.
• Generate leads and develop new customers across industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, dealers, distributors, and end customers.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments.
• Promote products through customer visits, industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and technical presentations.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and technical teams to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Prepare marketing plans, sales forecasts, business development reports, and market expansion strategies.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities to improve order conversion.
• Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets and expand the company's customer base.
• Monitor competitor pricing, product positioning, and market developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; MBA in Marketing is preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in industrial marketing, B2B sales, or business development.
• Relevant experience in industrial fans, blowers, HVAC, air compressors, coolers, or chillers is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industrial products, technical sales, and customer relationship management.
• Experience in lead generation, market development, client acquisition, and sales strategy.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to travel for customer meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA, depending on experience and current salary.
