Marketing Manager / Sr. Manager

As a Marketing Manager/Sr. Manager at Rishi FIBC, Green Pro, Krishi Geopack, you will be working closely with the marketing team and the management team, including the CEO. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement effective brand strategies and marketing plans to drive business volume growth for Rishi FIBC and its group companies. The aim is to position the company as the Global supplier of choice in FIBC and other Rishi Products. Your responsibilities will include budgeting for marketing activities, reviewing and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies, generating marketing leads across various industries, presenting solutions to leads/customers based on our product range, and identifying opportunities and segments for improved sales performance. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of product marketing, brand management, and brand strategy, particularly in a B2B context. It is essential to stay up-to-date with marketing trends and strategies and apply this knowledge to enhance the marketing and sales efforts. Technical proficiency and the ability to promote products based on their technical merits will also be valuable assets in this position.,
