Job Description

Santosh Reddy International Schools & Colleges is seeking an experienced and result-oriented AGM / Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, drive admissions growth, and manage business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and student admissions.
• Lead and manage the marketing and business development team.
• Plan and coordinate digital marketing, offline promotions, and educational campaigns.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
• Monitor marketing performance, lead generation, and admission conversion rates.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with management to achieve institutional growth objectives.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and business development.

Requirements

• Any graduate with relevant marketing or management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience managing teams and marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and brand development.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in the education sector is an advantage.
