Making calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, services or gathering customer informations . Maintaining accurate call logs and updating customer follow up records everyday. Handling calls from customers ,addressing their queries and providing necessary support . Explaining products/ services , handling objections and converting prospects into customers. SKILLS REQUIRED: Excellent communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport Good listening skills and customer handling skills .
